George Alexander Davidson of Watertown passed away on Thursday June 1st, 2017. He was 89.
George was born on July 13th, 1927 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He was the loving son of the late George Buchan Davidson and Jane (McQueen) Davidson. George leaves behind his loving wife Ann G. (Elwell) Davidson of Watertown and his dear son Dana George Davidson of Bristol, Rhode Island. George is also predeceased by his two grandchildren, the late Laurel Ann (Davidson) Anderson and the late Evan John Davidson.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy; during the Korean Conflict. He received two undergraduate degrees in the fields of engineering and mathematics from the University of Michigan and later he went on to receive his masters degree in engineering from M.I.T.
