Richard P. Swift

A Funeral Mass for Richard P. Swift will be celebrated on Friday morning at 9 am in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown.

Mr. Swift, a son of the late Andrew B. Swift and Elizabeth Ann (Tiffany) Swift passed away on Tuesday August 1, 2017. Richard was 83.

Richard was born and raised in Watertown. On October 1st, 1953, Richard began his active during with the United States Marine Corp. He received the rank of Sgt. during the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged in September of 1957.

He was the dear brother of the late John, Raymond, William, Harold, James, Robert, Marjorie Swift, Marie Harrington & Dorothy Blouin. Also loved by many nieces & nephews.

A visitation period will be held from 8 – 8:45 AM on Friday Aug. 4, 2017 in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown followed by a Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited.

Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.
