Evelyn Marie (Chisholm) Twomey

Evelyn Marie Twomey (Chisholm), 91, resident of Waltham

Evelyn Marie Twomey was a woman of faith and love.  She was a daily communicant and even in delirium before her death, prayed aloud the Our Father and Hail Mary on a regular basis.  She was a member of the Sodality of St. Luke Parish in Belmont as well as a Eucharistic Minister. Marie volunteered for a time at Belmont Manor. She enjoyed friendships, had a good sense of humor and celebrated both at Bingo.  

Marie is pre-deceased by her husband John, sisters Vicky Chisholm, Irene Cullen, Ann Formalarie and brother Fred Chisholm.  She is survived by her sister Edna Clarke, son Daniel, loving in-laws. and many cousins, nephews and nieces here and in Nova Scotia.  

Funeral service will be celebrated by family at a later date.  

Donations in Marie’s memory may be made to St. Luke Parish or to a charity focused on care for children as was the habit of Marie.
