Peter John Hennrikus

A visitation for Peter John Hennrikus will be held on Thursday March 22nd, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, Watertown.

Mr. Hennrikus, a son of Pauline Theresa (Purcell) Hennrikus and the late James Edward Hennrikus passed away Sunday morning in Watertown after a two-year battle with cancer.  Peter was 57.

Peter was born and raised in Watertown and a graduate of Watertown High School class of 1979. While at WHS, Peter was a star athlete and was named co-captain of the Watertown High School Basketball Team. He was an extremely passionate fan of all of Boston’s sport teams and also an avid golfer. He worked for C&K Components in Newton, MA  for many years. and enjoyed sailing in the Caribbean. 

He was the loving son of Pauline T. (Purcell) Hennrikus & the late James E. Hennrikus. Dear brother of James E. Hennrikus Jr., Michael Hennrikus of Watertown, Kathleen M. Hennrikus of Watertown, Pauline E. Hennrikus of Watertown and the late Mark D. Hennrikus & his wife Carol of Clayton North Carolina. Former husband of Sheila (Porier) Martinelli. 

A visitation for Peter will be held on Thursday March 22nd, 2018 from 4 to 7 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

Interment Private.
