We are devastated to announce the passing of Alfredo A. Camino who died on October 26 at the age of 71. Al was born in Havana, Cuba, immigrating to the United States in 1962. He was the beloved son of the late Bernardo and Dora Camino. He leaves behind his beloved wife Kathy; his brother Daniel, his wife Anne DeBenedictis of Woburn, MA and his son Daniel of Salem NH; and his brother Gonzalo, his wife Susan and their sons Michael and Anthony of Nashua.
Al was most recently a resident of Nashua, NH where he lived with his wife Kathy and their three dogs Maggie, Callie and Dakota. He started his career as a translator in North Carolina where he helped teach the State and local police force. When he moved back to New Hampshire he took his passion for helping people as a medical translator to our local hospitals.
Al was loved by all who knew him. His sense of humor was contagious; he always left you smiling. Al had many passions starting with music, from his guitar, bongo drums to his singing. He loved all types of cooking and mastered his mother’s Cuban cuisine. He loved to work on home improvement projects and continuously improved their home. His nephews were always amazed by his tool collection, they were sure he had more tools than our local Home Depot.
Funeral services for Alfredo will be held at a later date and time.
