A Funeral Mass for Anna D. “Dora” Gianfrancesco will be celebrated on Saturday February 18, 2023, at 10:30 am, in the Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, 270 Elliot St. Newton.
A daughter of the late Gennaro & Carmela (Di Re) Gianfrancesco, Anna passed away peacefully on February 11, 2023, after a brief illness.
Dora as she was affectionately known, was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and great-aunt. She loved all her nieces & nephews; they meant the world to her.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Gennaro & Carmela (Di Re) Gianfrancesco. Loving sister of Joanna Angelucci & her husband Anthony of Watertown, Ralph A. Gianfrancesco of Illinois, and Frank D. Gianfrancesco & his wife Barbara of Maryland. Caring aunt of Anthony Angelucci, Donna Angelucci, Mark Gianfrancesco, Michael Gianfrancesco, John Gianfrancesco, Matthew Gianfrancesco, Paul Gianfrancesco, and Karyn Szurgot. Doting great-aunt of Martin, Mia, Ryan, Luke, Austin, Peyton, Hailey, Leo, & Lucia.
A visitation will be held Saturday February 18, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown followed by Funeral Mass in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, 270 Elliot St. Newton at 10:30. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. After the Mass, Anna will be buried with her parents in St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown
