Daniel “Danny” Arone Sr.

October 31, 1970 – July 10, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Danny Arone announce his unexpected entrance to Heaven on July 10, 2020 where he was reunited with his Dear Father Lawrence J. Arone. 

Danny was the Loving Son of Priscilla Arone (Belmont).  Dear Brother of Robin Scott (Malden) and Brother/Best Friend of “Larry” Lawrence R. Arone (Belmont) and Brother-in-Law Mr. Julius Scott (Malden).

Devoted Father of Daniel (Danny Jr.), Joshua (Josh) and “Step-Daughter” Kassy Gallant.  Saddened by Dan’s passing is Ms. Lucy Boga-the children’s Mother, whom he shared a great love for.

Danny was a caring Uncle to Makeila Scott and Julius (J.J.) Scott.  Danny was also the very proud Grandfather of Aubrie Ann Arone.

Danny was born in Woburn and raised in Belmont and he graduated from the Sea Program in Watertown providing him with a Watertown High School Diploma.  He lived with his family in Cape Coral, Florida where he owned a Landscaping business and he also enjoyed living in the peaceful and serene city of Gloucester, MA.  He returned to his home in Belmont in 2004 where he has been living ever since.

Danny has so many Great Friends near and far and will be sorely missed by his Loving Family and his True Friends.

Arrangements for Danny are entrusted to the care of McDonald, Rockwell, McDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472 (617) 924-4700.

Due to Covid-19 health department guidelines Visiting hours will be on Friday, July 24 10:00am-12:00pm and masks are required, and Social Distancing will be observed.  We are sorry to announce that as a result of the public concerns and current limitations established for large gatherings the Funeral Services and Interment (immediately following the visiting hours) will be Private.
