Deanna H. Phipps

Deanna H. Phipps, age 71 of Watertown, passed away at home with her sisters by her side on March 30, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Thomas W. Phipps & Wahnita (Alger) Phipps.

Deanna was the loving sister of Adele Barnett of New York, Carole L. Phipps of Watertown, Patricia L. Phipps of Watertown, and the late Thomas W. Phipps, Jr.

A Memorial service for Deanna will be held at Grace Chapel in Watertown. Services will be announced.
