A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday November 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM in St. Patrick Church Watertown for Dennis Edward McDade, Jr.

Mr. McDade was a son of the late Dennis McDade, Sr. & Catherine J. (Cooney) McDade. Dennis passed away on Thursday October 28, 2021 at the age of 89.

He was born and raised in Watertown and was a proud graduate of St. Patrick High School. Mr. McDade worked in the unemployement office for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Dennis loved his family and had an affinity for anything Irish, he was extremely proud of his heritage.

He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyn M. (Young) McDade. Loving father of Susan Buckley & her husband Joseph, Cheryl McDade, and Kevin McDade. Dear brother of Dorothy M. Curtin, Joanne Lowre, Patricia Bontempo, and the late Gerald A. McDade, David P. McDade, & Paul R. McDade. Loving grandfather of Kristin Barry, Daniel Buckley, Michael McDade, & Chelcie McDade. Also surivived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown Tuesday November 2, 2021, at 9:00 AM followed by Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited.

Visiting hours Monday 4-7 PM.

Interment St. Newton Cemetery, Newton.
