Dickie & his wife Nancy of Medway, Brendan J. Dickie & his wife Rachelle of Watertown, and the late Michael E. & Stephen J. Dickie. Caring stepfather of Jimmy Harkins & his wife Christine & Billy Harkins. Dear brother of Donald, Billy, & Steve Dickie, Peter Rae, Doreen Johnson, and the late Patricia Regan, Thelma Boyce, & Letitia “Letty” Langan. Loving grandfather of Christopher Derian of Wilmington, Katherine & Caroline Dickie of Medway, Emma, Jack, & Sara Dickie of Watertown, and Jimmy Harkins. Doting great-grandfather of Santino & Luca Derian. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. US Army Veteran. Retired teacher Boston Public Schools. Former football coach at BC, Harvard, Northeastern, and Belmont, Somerville, & St. Patrick High Schools.
Funeral from the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown Friday May 5, at 9 AM followed by Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick 212 Main St., Watertown at 10 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery.
