FLEMING, Francis M. “Frank” of Scituate formerly of Belmont, August 29, 2023. Age 89. Beloved son of the late Frank J. Fleming, MD & Isabel (MacNeil) Fleming. Loving brother of Mary E. Fleming & her husband Basil H. Bourque of Concord and the late Margaret Wagner, Janet Smolenski, John P. Fleming, Patricia Gillis, & Sheila Fleming. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Proud graduate of BC High School.
Frank had a wicked sense of humor that brought laughter to every gathering of his family (which was large), and his friends (of which he had many). He was one of the most valued employees of Ellis the Rim Man car parts in Allston, where he faithfully worked for over 50 years. His treasured pet beagle Mickey filled his heart with many years of devotion and hilarious antics. He was a beloved and generous uncle, and a true & loyal friend. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.”
Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald, Rockwell and MacDonald Funeral Home on Thursday, September 7, from 11 AM to 12 Noon followed by a funeral service at 12 Noon. Interment Belmont Cemetery.
