Harold Lane Gibbons

GIBBONS, Harold Lane Jr., 71, of Brighton, known to all as “Bear”, passed away on January 22, 2021 of complications from COVID-19. 

Beloved husband of Robin (Rilleau) for 48 years.  Born in Boston to the late Harold Metcalf Gibbons and Dorothy Louise (Lane).  Devoted father to Adam Christopher Gibbons of Los Angeles and Heather Lyn Gibbons-Perez and her husband Luis Ramon Perez of Jamaica Plain. Adoring grandfather to Lucetta Grace Lane Perez and Felix Daniel Bear Perez.  Survived by brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews from the Rilleau, Ponek, O’Brien, Coppenwrath and Fragga families.  Survived by Cousin Mike Thompson and wife Carol of Vermont. 

Private Internment Washington Street Cemetery, Norwell.
