Jaime R. Yance, age 92 of Watertown, formerly of Guayaquil Ecuador, passed away on May 8, 2022. He was a son of the late Pedro & Adelina (Sanchez) Yance.
Jaime was the loving husband of Mercades P. (Solis) Yance. Loving father of Carmen Brito of Foxboro, Francia Arcentales of Watertown, & Maria Ransom of Dorchester. Loving grandfather of Hugo Arcentales, Katihuska Brito, Mariana Veiga & Mia Ransom. Doting great-grandfather of two.
Retired Fire Chief for the City of Guayaquil Ecuador.
Funeral from the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown Friday May 13, 2022, at 9 AM followed by Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown at 10 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery.
