Obituary

Jennifer Susan Quinlan of Watertown. Suddenly on May 13, 2023. Age 51. Devoted mother of Jonathan Ichiro Fujiwara & Mary Kazuko Fujiwara. Beloved daughter of Beatrice E. “Bebe” (Sullivan) Quinlan & the late John “Jack” Quinlan. Dear sister of Thomas Quinlan and Pamela Quinlan & her partner Douglas. Former spouse of Daigo Fujiwara & his partner Jim. Caring aunt of Cassie Sefton Bybee & her husband Malcolm and Daniel Quinlan. Kind niece of Margie Harrington. Also survived by many other family & friends. Jennifer is a graduate of UMass Amherst, she had a master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College and was nearing completion of her Pastoral Care Studies at BC’s School of Theology.

 

A Funeral Mass at Our Lady Help of Christians Parish 573 Washington St Newton will be held on Thursday June 1st at 10:30 AM. Friends & family are kindly invited to attend. Interment Mount Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of visitation hours, please join us on June 1st. 

 

Memorials in memory of Jennifer may be made to the Marshall Home Fund in Watertown or Mass Audubon-Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary in Lincoln.
