Jeremiah D. “Jazz” Doherty, Jr. of Waltham, October 29, 2024. Age 71. Passed away peacefully at home in Waltham. He was the beloved son of the late Jeremiah D. & Theresa M. (Wilson) Doherty. Dear brother of Denise Doherty of New Hampshire, Darcelle LaValley, Justin Doherty & his wife Betsy of Grafton, Jason Doherty & his wife Michelle of Uxbridge, and the late John Doherty. Caring uncle of Amber Pacheco, Stephanie Warnick, Dedea LaValley, Darcelle LaValley, John Doherty, and the late Danielle LaValley-Phiel. Beloved “Papa Jazz” of Brianna Doherty and Jarrod Doherty.

A celebration of life for Jazz will take place at a later date and time.
