Joseph Conneely

A Funeral Mass for Joseph Conneely was be celebrated on Monday March 20, 2023, in the Church of St. Luke, Belmont.

Mr. Conneely was born in Clifden, County Galway, Ireland to the late Peter & Jane (Hughes) Conneely. Joseph passed away Tuesday evening March 14th in Newton.  He was 95.

Joe was a loving father to his five children Thomas, Jane, Michael, Peter, and Joseph.  He worked diligently as a union carpenter for IBEW Local 440, Newton

He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn C. (O’Reilly) Conneely. Loving father of Thomas B. Conneely, Jane B. Conneely, Michael C. Conneely, and the late Peter T. Conneely & Joseph M. Conneely.  Loving grandfather of 6 grandchildren. Beloved father-in-law of Susan Conneely. Caring uncle of many nieces & nephews.

Joe was interred with his loving wife, Evelyn, and sons Joseph & Peter on Monday March 20th, 2023, in St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown.
