Joseph A. Porcaro

Joseph  A. Porcaro, of Watertown, MA, passed away at the age of 75 on March 19, 2025.

Joe was born in Boston, the beloved son of Aniello Porcaro and Mary (Gaglione) Porcaro.  Longtime companion of his cherished Donna M. (Marshall) Ferro.  Loving brother of Gloria Mooney, Mary Duffy, Lucy Jannoni, Anthony Porcaro, Aniello (Niel) Porcaro, Jr., and Ralph Porcaro.  Pre-deceased by his sisters Louise Porcaro, Anna DeMarco, Sarah Mosca, Antonette Nardone, Pauline Piselli, and Rose Brandolino.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as grand nieces and nephews.

Joe was proud of and developed exceptional skills in his chosen profession of finish carpentry, and he valued so much his beloved Donna and his family.  He had a zest for living that expressed itself, among other things, in his love for skiing while accepting and managing challenging responsibilities that he encountered in life.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at the MacDonald Rockwell and MacDonald Funeral Home at 12 Noon.  Visiting hours will be held on May 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.  All relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
