Katherine "Kay" (MacLeod) Norcross

Katherine Norcross of Nashua, NH, formerly of Watertown MA passed away peacefully on May 28, 2024, at the age of 93 years old. "Kay" was born in Watertown MA to the late Almon and Carrie Macleod. She is predeceased by her late husband Richard E. Norcross for whom she shared 65 years of marriage before his passing in May 2015. She is also predeceased by siblings Donald Macleod and Olive Lagergren. Kay is survived by her two children Richard C. Norcross (Jill) of Brownfield, ME and Nancy MacDonald (Peter) of Laconia, NH.

Kay adored her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren that brought her much pride and joy. Matthew Fitzgerald and Ryan Fitzgerald of Nashua NH, Kaylin Crociata (Stefano) of Long Island NY and Mary Mears (Alex) of Derry, NH. She was also blessed with great grandchildren that brought her much enjoyment. Delaney Lesco of Wasilla Alaska, Enzo Crociata and Talia Crociata of Long Island, NY and Charlee Mears of Derry, NH.

One of Kay's happiest roles was that of "Auntie Kay" and she shared many wonderful memories with her nieces and nephews. Long phone calls and letter writing was a major part of her life.

When Kay wasn't busy watching her favorite game shows from the 70's or doing her crossword puzzles, you would find her outdoors in her yard feeding the birds and tending to her garden.

A visitation will be held in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, 270 Main St., Watertown on Monday June 3, from 10 AM to 11 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
