Margaret J. "Peg" (Sweeney) McHugh

Margaret J. “Peg” McHugh, 92 of Watertown, passed away on May 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife for 61 years to the late Joseph P. McHugh, the love of her life. Loving mother of Carol A. Boulanger & her husband Richard of Grafton, Joseph P. McHugh, Jr. & his wife Drema of NC, John E. McHugh & his wife Karon of NJ, Donna J. Dike & her husband Donald of Leominster, Steven R. McHugh & his wife Franca of Wilmington and the late James F. McHugh and Ann Miller & her surviving husband David. Loving grandmother of Elisabeth Boulanger, Keith Miller, Jeffrey & Hannah Dike, Patrick & Michael McHugh, Steven & Emily McHugh.

She will now be with her beloved husband, love of her life, and best friend Joe in Heaven. Peg was a loving mother of seven children.  She was an accomplished figure skater and taught figure skating in the Boston area for more than 20 years.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visitation for Peg on Saturday May 28, 2022, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown followed by Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 212 Main St., Watertown at 10 AM. Interment Private.
