Marianne “Mimi” O’Hara age 80, of Watertown, passed away suddenly on Thursday April 18, 2024, after a generous loving life.
Mimi O’Hara was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John F. O’Hara and Dorothy (Taylor) O’Hara. Mimi was raised in Belmont and graduated from Bay State Junior College.
She was employed for many years at Algonquin Gas Transmission Company. Mimi also worked at Stone and Webster Engineering in the Human Resources Department.
Mimi was a longtime member of St. Patrick Church in Watertown. She was a faithful communicate.
She is survived by her sisters, Kathleen Santangelo of Wakefield and Dorothy Doran of Marion, her Godson Eric Schol of Lexington, and many nieces & nephews.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown followed by Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 212 Main St. Watertown at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline.
