Mary Habosian

A private interment for Mary Habosian will be celebrated at Mount Auburn Cemetery.

Mary was the daughter of the late David & Carmen (Usunian) Habosian. Ms. Habosian passed away Saturday night October 3, 2020.  She was 83.

Mary is predeceased by her parents David & Carmen, and her brother Kaspar Habosian.  She is survived by her sister-in-law Madeleine Habosian Derderian, her cousins Ann “Gina” Hablanian, Marsbed Hablanian & his late wife Alice, David Hablanian & his wife Cheryl, Jeanne Hablanian & her husband Charles Tyler, her nephew Levon Habosian & his wife Lisa, her nieces; Lucie Distefano & her husband Paul, Lori Cogliano & her husband Herb, and Lisa Thermidor & her husband Jonathan, her great-nieces & nephews Armen Habosian & his wife Brandi Porter, Nicholas, & Tianna Habosian, Stephen Distefano & his wife Lesley, Nicole Brenn & her husband Dennis, Lauren Tashjian & her husband Jason, Brittani, Christopher, & Haley Cogliano, and Alexis & Victoria Thermidor. Her great great-nephews: Luke & Jake Distefano, Carter Brenn.

Mary worked as a language teacher excelling in teaching English, German, and French.  She received her Masters and undergraduate degree from Tufts University.  Mary was a skier and had a zest for travelling the world, visiting countries throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and Egypt.

Due to the current precautions surrounding Covid-19, interment at Mount Auburn Cemetery in the family lot will be held privately.
