Natalie Cotton Obituary

Natalie Theresa “Nat” Cotton age 85, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025, in Billerica, Massachusetts. A devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and deeply spiritual woman, Natalie’s life was marked by her unwavering faith, generosity, and love for her family.

Born on April 18, 1940, in Waltham, Massachusetts, Natalie was the daughter of Charles Edward Moran and M. Delvina (Leger) Moran. She grew up in Waltham and attended St. Mary’s Catholic School, where she began a lifelong connection to her faith and community.

Natalie dedicated much of her professional life to Comrex Corporation in Devens, Massachusetts, where she worked as a bookkeeper for 30 years. In addition to her career outside the home, she was also a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family.

Her deep spirituality was a guiding force throughout her life. A faithful parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Waltham, Natalie was active in church activities and Bible study groups. Her warmhearted nature and generous spirit touched many within her faith community.

Natalie found great joy in reading and spending time with those she loved most. Her greatest pride was her family. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Julie Desjardin, Annette Green, Maureen Cain and a son Don; her twin sister Nancy Campbell and sister Joan LeBlanc.

She also leaves behind eight beloved grandchildren: Duncan Green (from Annette and Robert), Allison Chandler, Mallorie LaFrancois, Holly Spear, Shannon Paul, Marshall Cain, Zachary Cain, and Jordan Cain (from Maureen and Lawrence). Each held a special place in Natalie’s heart.

Natalie was predeceased by her parents; her sister Arlene Hennigar; and her brother Charles Moran.

May Natalie’s memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. A Memorial  Service will be held on January 8, 2026, at 06:30 PM at McDonald Rockwell Funeral Home 270 Main Street.
