DUNCAN, William J., Jr. of Watertown. April 7, 2020. Age 71. Devoted father of Sara Duncan & her fiancé Michael Madison of Brighton. Dear brother of Kathleen O’Connor, Christine Parent, Karen McCarthy, Stephen Duncan, Jo-Ann LaPalme, Marion Daignult, and Susan Sheehan.  Also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.  

As a result of the public health concerns and limitations established for large gatherings the Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
