William Stuart Trumble

A funeral service for William “Stuart” Trumble will be held on Friday August 9, 2024, at 1 PM in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, Watertown.

Mr. Trumble was born in Petersburg, Virginia to the late William J. Trumble and Evelyn (Kail) Trumble. He passed away unexpectedly on August 4, 2024.  He was 79.

Stuart, as he was known by his family, was a proud graduate of Northeastern University. He was a fan of music from the 60’s and enjoyed watching true crime stories.  Stuart had many interests in life; from the history of World War II, railroads and trains, astronomy, and the weather.

He was the beloved son of the late William J. & Evelyn (Kail) Trumble. Loving brother of Bruce M. Trumble and his wife Janet of Watertown. Caring uncle of Julia R. Trumble and her fiancé Padraig Calnan and Rebecca L. Flott & her husband Adam.

A visitation will be held on Friday August 9 from 12 Noon to 1 PM in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown followed by Funeral Service at 1 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery.
