Paul Bitsoli passed away peacefully on Thursday January 26th 2017. Paul was born and raised in Watertown, MA where he attended the Watertown public schools. He was the youngest child of Rita and Thomas Bitsoli. He spent his childhood on French street where he enjoyed the company of his 7 older sisters and brothers and many cousins who lived close by. He was fascinated with motorcycles and was a lover of all things Harley Davidson. In his formative years he was a semi-professional bodybuilder and hoped to compete on the national level until a motorcycle accident deterred him. Throughout his life he suffered many hardships but endured all with positivity and a smile. He always said that he was thankful for his experiences because he said that he would rather he suffer than those around him. His love of family carried through to his friendships and it’s no cliche that he would give anyone the shirt off of his back. Nothing brought Paul greater joy than doting on his extended family and friends. He especially loved having pig roasts in the back yard and making his children and younger nieces and nephews laugh. An avid fisher and hunter, he loved the woods and spent much of his time in New Hampshire. He recently celebrated his 50th birthday where he was surrounded by his beloved family.

Paul is preceded by his father Thomas C. Bitsoli, his mother Rita Marie LaRose Bitsoli and his son Paul Mullen. He is survived by his daughter Tyna Bitsoli, her long-time partner Shawn Anderson, and grandson Aveon Anderson all of Watertown, grandson Paul Mullen, Jr. of Burlington, and longtime partner Ann-Marie Redfern of Groveton, NH. He is also survived by his loving sisters: Denise Greene, Debra Consilvio both of Watertown, Cynthia Rodrigues of Sudbury, Christine DiRico, and Paula Barboza also of Watertown and loving brothers: Thomas Bitsoli of Cumberland, RI and James Bitsoli of Waltham. In addition, he is survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored him and dear friends that he has touched during his lifetime.
