Dear Trudy, and Shea Bros., Marius and I were saddened by the news of Mel's passing. Mel was a great Xaverian and he was so very supportive and helpful to me when he was on the StFX Board of Governors. All you wonderful people are in our thoughts and prayers as we journey on with memories of Mel. We extend our most sincere condolences at this time of sorrow.

I knew Bob in our High School and his College years and have many memories of our time together .We lost touch over the years . I always knew Bob would make a significant achievement and contribution in his lifetime. My condolences to his family and to his brothers and sisters . I thought of him often,especially when I passes St Patrick church an his Brother Frannie's Dentist office.

I had the opportunity to have a couple great conversations with Bob.The last one was brief but extremely thoughtful l saw him on his front porch with Joe and he asked how my daughters trip to California was..He talked about my daughter when he was in alot of pain .Thank you

As a young man I had the benefit of spending time with the Shea family in Falmouth, and Mr. Shea made an impression upon all of us who had the pleasure to enjoy the Shea hospitality.
