Joe, Harmonie and Jeremy,

I was so shocked and saddened by the news of Sandy's passing. Sandy's light was so bright; I was privileged to know her and work with her for so many years -first as a client at Star Market and then as a team member at Marsh.

We all missed having Sandy around when she left Marsh, but we were happy she had founded "Bead True to Your Heart" as she followed her dreams to the next journey.

Sandy was incredibly smart and talented. Clients loved her enthusiasm and wisdom and always welcomed her insights. You should know she never stopped talking about the three of you and her grandchildren. Her love for you and the happiness you brought to her was always so clear. I so enjoyed her stories about her cherished family. I am sure her light will remain bright in your hearts forever.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. May your memories bring you peace during this difficult time.

Warmly,
Karen Torborg

Joe, Sandy and I went to high school together and reconnected through social media. With her untimely passing just a few weeks before Christmas I just wanted you to know her obituary remained on my frig and I thought of her daily. I wondered how you and your family held up because the last time we messaged each other she told me she was at peace but to pray for her family. She was so selfless and just wanted her loved ones to be o.k. Hopefully, you will always have her with you through all the wonderful memories you two made made throughout the years! I hope you and your family have a very happy and healthy 2017.

Dear Joe, Harmonie, and Jeremy,
I was so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing so soon. I had planned to call the house the day she passed to let her know I was thinking of her! I had the privilege of treating Sandy over the past year and she was one of my favorite patients. She always had a warm smile and a positive, hopeful outlook. She beamed with love and pride when she talked about her family, especially her sweet grandchildren! She always accepted her treatment gracefully and patiently. She was so creative with her coloring books! I shall miss her visits to HVMA. May your loving memories comfort you at this difficult time and going forward, ease your pain.
Fondly,
Ann Marie Worth, RN, BSN, OCN

Dear Joe,

I met Sandy when she was the head of Risk Administration for Star Market. I did legal work for the company at the time. She was always someone I loved to talk to and I loved working with her. I was so thrilled when Sandy contacted me maybe two years ago to help her with a tile issue at your house. She and I got to go out for dinner and I thoroughly enjoyed her company; she always had such positive energy and was so full of life. I'm not much of a Facebook user but happened to see her post in August which let me know she was struggling. I messaged her and let her know I was praying for her. We had a brief exchange and hers is the last message in my inbox. I have been thinking about her constantly and just wanted to reach out to let you know I feel so badly.
